General

All products in Beliba Art shop are handmade. By the nature of handmade products they might slightly vary. Please keep that in mind while purchasing.

All products ar not ment for children due to choking hazard.

Shipping

At the moment we are shipping to UK and Isle of Man.

Shipping cost are based on Royal Mail services.

We will do our best to post order in 1-2 business days and if we not able to achieve it we will inform you as soon as possible about delay.

All orders are send with tracking number and we will share it with you as soon as order has been dispatched.

We do not take responsibility for any damaged done during shipment.

Returns/refunds/exchanges

Since all products in the shop are handmade we do not accept returns, refunds and exchanges unless product came defected and showed no damage to packaging. If that happens please contact us with product and defect description. We will be happy to refund the money after receiving product back. We do not refund postage of returning the item.

Wholesale

We do not hold stock for wholesale but if you are interested please contact us.
